Gareth brought the case of funding for Harrow council. By 2019/2020 Harrow council will have seen its funding reduced by 97%. Between 2015-16 to 2018-19 the council needed to fund an £83 million budget gap to achieve balanced budgets.

Gareth is calling for proper funding for Harrow, to ensure that the people of Harrow receive the funding they deserve.
